What is SwishWork?

SwishWork is the simplest way for people and the professionals they hire to talk to each other. Start a project, message a pro, share photos and documents, and get a quote — all in one place, on the web or in the app.

How do I get help on a project?

Open your project from your inbox and message the pro directly — replies land right in the conversation. If something on the platform isn’t working, email us at the address above and we’ll sort it out.

I’m a professional — how do I get listed?

Head to swishwork.com/start/pro to set up your profile, or claim an existing listing from your profile page. Stuck partway through? Email us and we’ll finish it with you.

How do I manage or cancel a paid plan?

Paid features are billed through Stripe. You can update payment details or cancel anytime from your billing page in the app — your access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Email us if you’d like a hand.

I can’t sign in or forgot my password.

Use “Forgot password” on the login screen to reset it, or sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple. If you’re still locked out, email us from the address on your account and we’ll help you back in.

How do I delete my account or my data?

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time. The steps — and exactly what gets removed — are on our data deletion page.
