Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your SwishWork account and the personal data associated with it at any time — whether you signed up with email, Google, Facebook, or Apple. Here’s how, and what happens.
How to request deletion
Email support@swishwork.com from the address on your account (or tell us which account to delete) with the subject “Data deletion request.”
We verify the request comes from you, then permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 daysand confirm by email when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile information — name, email, phone, and (for pros) your business profile, photos, and service details.
- Your projects, messages, photos, and documents that you authored.
- The link between your account and any Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in.
What we may keep
We retain the minimum required by law — for example, payment and tax records for completed transactions. Messages you sent to another party may remain in theircopy of a shared conversation, since we can’t delete another person’s records on your behalf. Anything kept is no longer linked to an active account.
